Walking consciously

    As a preparation for learning, the exercise “Walking consciously” helps. The point is to walk consciously and choose to walk with vitality.

    • Stand in the upright posture, legs at a comfortable width, sternum lifted, shoulders and abdomen relaxed.
    • Start walking in this posture, briskly and in pleasantly large steps, but not quickly.
    • Move the arms loosely along, they should swing freely, the movement comes from the shoulder.
    • While walking, also pay attention to the way you place your feet. Always try to consciously put the heel on first and then roll off towards the toe. This paves the healthy movement, optimally activates the foot muscles.
