Myth 1: “I must be very intelligent to write top grades.” No. Your brain has about 86 billion neurons. Your brain is a supercomputer; you may just be missing a little learning strategy update.
Myth 2: “Learning can’t be fun.” Wrong! It’s the other way around: only when learning is fun do we learn effectively. Your brain stores positive experiences much better. In a relaxed state, you absorb information much more easily. Relaxation and good learning go hand in hand.
Myth 3: “This doesn’t work for me – not for my subject – in my situation.” Do you honestly think that? We humans share 99.8 percent of our genes with chimpanzees! How big do you think the differences are there between human brains?
