The happiness diary

    On average, about 40 percent of well-being is due to thoughts or feelings, and you can influence this, for example with the “Three Good Things” exercise. Every evening, you write down three events in your happiness diary that went well during the day. In order to strengthen self-confidence and self-esteem, it is also best to note what you yourself have contributed to this. Performed seven days in a row, this exercise can have a measurably positive effect on personal well-being for up to six months.
