    Allow yourself a “white space” every day, i.e., no cell phone, no laptop, no TV, beeping, buzzing, blinking, no distractions. Be in a room just with yourself for 10 minutes or so and enjoy the moments without stress or obligations. This routine should calm the sympathetic nervous system and provide better control, mentally and emotionally.
