Positive thinking in the New Year begins with good questions

Three questions to take a critical look at the start of the year, answering quite spontaneously:

    • What mistakes do you keep making? What did you want to do or not do this year that is already creeping back into your daily life?
    • What slows you down? What takes an incredibly long time or is very complex? Where do your biggest time thieves and energy guzzlers lurk?
    • Do you treat yourself in the best possible way? Do you invest a good part of your attention and resources in eliminating your weak points in order to move forward faster and easier?

Remember, a good use of time is the one that saves you more time and stress afterwards.
