Paying attention to your biorhythm when learning

Early riser or night owl, the biorhythm varies from person to person and influences the times at which one can concentrate particularly well. Some people are more productive in the morning, others in the evening. This can be determined by keeping a diary or a list for a while and then using it for yourself.

However, you can hardly change your biorhythm. You can train yourself to a different rhythm, but that is extremely tedious and not necessarily recommended. It is more sensible to adapt the daily routine to the biorhythm.

Unfortunately, the school system is not perfectly adapted to the human biorhythm, which then explains why it is often so difficult to get up in the morning. However, the ability to concentrate is particularly high on average about two hours after getting up.
