Learning tip for math: Calculate aloud

Even if it sounds silly, studies have shown that people solve math problems faster if they count out loud. This apparently promotes concentration. In general, a lot of gestures and facial expressions support memory processes, not only in math, but also in German and foreign languages, for example.

Tip: According to the study, noting down secondary calculations and sketches on a piece of paper is also promising. The latter even works for class tests.
