Give yourself breaks!

Breaks are very important when learning. Your head needs them to be able to process information, because your brain is not continuously receptive. As a rule, it is recommended to take a short break after about 45 minutes. You can eat something, get some fresh air or do something else. If you want to continue learning afterwards, make sure that the break is not too long, so that the learning flow is not interrupted and you are completely mentally out.
