Paper ball method

To deal with learning blocks, the paper ball method is well suited. To do this, you write down the mishaps that have happened to you on ieces of paper and lay them all out in front of you. Then you crumple up these pieces of paper and throw them in a high arc into the wastebasket. One mishap after the other is “disposed of” in this way. If you miss the wastebasket while throwing them, then you should really check off the day 😉

By the way: The cause of such blockades is fear in various forms, such as the fear of failure, the fear of disappointing others, whereby especially the feared consequences (bad grades!) have a paralyzing effect. Fear of social exclusion or fear of being ridiculed can also lead to blockages in Learning.
